You can cancel your Oana subscription anytime through your account. No phone call required, no hoops, no friction.
Step by step:
1. Log into your Oana account.
2. Go to your subscriptions or treatment plan section.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Choose "cancel subscription" or the equivalent option.
5. Confirm. Your cancellation takes effect immediately.
That's it. Once you cancel, no further charges happen, and no further shipments ship.
A few things worth knowing about cancellation:
- You can cancel at any time there's no minimum subscription length, no contract term, no early-cancellation fee.
- Your account stays open even after you cancel. Your medical history, treatment notes, and messaging history remain accessible.
- You can return later if you change your mind. Depending on how long you've been gone, your clinician may ask you to update your medical intake before writing a new prescription. The longer the gap, the more likely a re-intake is needed.
- Already-shipped orders aren't reversible. If a shipment is already in transit when you cancel, it'll arrive. If you want a refund on that shipment, see "What is your refund policy?" below.
Considering canceling? A pause might serve you better.
If you're not sure whether you want to fully cancel, the pause option (see Q6 above) keeps your account active without monthly charges or shipments. It's lower-stakes than canceling and easier to reverse.
If you have feedback:
If you're canceling because something isn't working — a side effect, a delivery issue, a treatment that isn't producing results — message your Oana clinician through your account before canceling. Sometimes the answer is a dose adjustment, a switch to a different protocol, or a fix to something that wasn't working operationally. Your clinician can help you decide whether the right move is to adjust or to step away.
Either way, the cancellation option is always there, always one click, no resistance.
