The basic mechanics:
- You're billed monthly, on the same date each month, tied to when you first started your treatment.
Your medication ships automatically — no need to request refills.
- You can adjust, pause, or cancel anytime through your account.
- Your clinician is included messaging, dose adjustments, and ongoing clinical support don't cost extra.
Why subscription (rather than one-time orders):
PCOS treatments work over months, not days. Most medications need consistent use to show results — Spironolactone takes 2-3 months for meaningful acne improvement; Oral Minoxidil takes 6-12 months for visible regrowth; Metformin takes weeks to titrate to effective dose. The subscription model is built around how the medications actually work — consistent, ongoing supply matched to consistent, ongoing treatment.
What "subscription" means in practice:
- Monthly shipments sized to match your prescription. Your treatment is delivered before you run out.
- Refill coordination is automatic. You don't need to request a refill each month — the cycle continues unless you change it.
- Dose adjustments don't require restarting. If your clinician adjusts your dose, your subscription continues seamlessly with the new dose.
- You're notified before each charge. A few days before your monthly billing date, you'll get a reminder. This gives you time to update payment, pause, or cancel if needed.
Transparency on charges:
- Your monthly cost is consistent. Same price each month, billed on the same date. No surprise increases.
If your medication or dose changes, your new cost is shown clearly before the change takes effect.

What subscription doesn't mean:
- It's not a commitment to a term. No 6-month minimums, no annual contracts, no early-cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime.

- It's not bundled with anything you don't want. Each medication is its own subscription. Adding or removing a treatment doesn't affect your other prescriptions.
