What happens after I submit my medical intake?

Once you submit your medical intake, a licensed Oana clinician reviews your case within 24 hours. One of three things happens next:

Your clinician approves your treatment plan. If everything checks out, your prescription is written and your medication is prepared by Oana's partner pharmacy and shipped — free and discreetly — to your door. You'll see the approved plan in your account, with notes from your clinician on dosage, what to expect in the first few weeks, and when to check back in.

Your clinician sends you a follow-up question. Sometimes a small clarification helps your clinician recommend the right treatment — a question about a previous medication, a symptom they want more detail on, or a check on something in your medical history. If that happens, you'll get a message in your account and can reply whenever it's convenient.

Your clinician recommends Oana isn't the right fit. This is uncommon, but it does happen — for example, if a symptom you described needs in-person evaluation, or if a treatment outside Oana's catalog is a better match for what you're experiencing. In that case, you won't be charged for medication, and your clinician will point you toward what they think is the right next step.

You're in control throughout. You can ask questions before your treatment ships, and your clinician is available through your account if anything comes up.
