Yes, you'll work with the same small care team throughout your time with Oana. When you start, your medical intake is reviewed by one of our clinicians, and that clinician (or another member of your assigned care team) handles your follow-up messaging and ongoing care.
The care team model means there's always someone available who knows your case and the team coordinates on your file so any clinician you interact with has full context on your treatment, your history, and where you are in your protocol.
