Your Oana account is created automatically when you complete your first medical intake — there's no separate account creation step you need to do upfront.
Here's how it works:
- Visit oanahealth.com and either browse to a specific treatment or take the PCOS assessment.
- Complete the medical intake with your symptoms, medical history, and personal information.
- Set up your login credentials your email and a password — as part of the intake process.
- Your account is created. Your medical information, treatment plan (once approved), and clinician messaging all live in your new account.
What you'll need:
- A working email address. This becomes your login and the primary way Oana communicates with you about your treatment, shipments, and account.
- Your name, date of birth, and shipping address. Standard information for healthcare and shipping.
- Information about your medical history. What you've already tried, current medications, allergies, relevant conditions. The intake walks you through what's needed.
- A payment method. Captured during the intake process but not charged until your clinician approves your treatment.
After creating your account:
- Save your login credentials. You'll use these every time you log into Oana.
- You can update your information anytime see "How do I update my personal information or delivery address?" below.
If you've already completed the intake but haven't received a confirmation email or can't log in, contact support at support@oanahealth.com.
