- Don't freeze. GLP-1 medications shouldn't be frozen. If your medication has been frozen — for example, stored too close to the back of the refrigerator — contact Oana support.
For non-injectable medications:
Oral medications (Metformin ER, Bupropion, Buccal Semaglutide, Oral Minoxidil, Spironolactone) and topical medications (HairlessHype, Eflornithine, HairPlusPlus, Topical Metformin) do not require refrigeration. They ship in standard packaging and can be stored at room temperature. Specific storage instructions for each medication are included with your shipment.
