Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Every Oana shipment is packaged plainly, with no medication name, brand identifier, or treatment category visible from the outside.

What discreet packaging means in practice:

  • No Oana branding visible. The outside of the package doesn't say "Oana" or reference the brand directly.
  • No medication name on the outside. The shipping label and outer packaging don't reveal what's inside.
  • No category labels. Nothing on the package indicates that it's a medical product or contains prescription medication.
  • The return address is the partner pharmacy, not Oana. This is standard practice and ensures the package looks like a routine pharmacy shipment, not something flagged as personal or sensitive.

Why this matters:

Discreet packaging matters in several contexts. If you live with family members who don't know you're managing PCOS or working on a specific symptom, your treatment stays private. If you receive packages at a shared address (a family home, a workplace where mail comes through reception, or a building with shared mailrooms), there's no visible signal that the package is medical. If you're managing health concerns that you're not ready to discuss with others, your treatment doesn't become a conversation you didn't choose to have.

What the package does indicate:

Standard shipping information is visible — your name and shipping address, the pharmacy's return address, the carrier tracking label. This is what any package needs to be delivered. The point of discreet packaging isn't invisibility — it's that nothing on the package reveals the contents of the package.

One practical note:

If you're concerned about anyone in your household opening your mail or packages, you can ship to an alternative address — a PO box, a friend's address, or a workplace where you're more comfortable receiving the package. You can update your shipping address through your Oana account at any time.
