Oana ships to all 50 states — with two product-specific exceptions related to GLP-1 medications.
Most Oana medications ship nationwide, no exceptions:
- Spironolactone, MetSpiro
- Metformin ER, Topical Metformin
- HairlessHype, Eflornithine 12%
- Oral Minoxidil, HairPlusPlus
- Bupropion
- All other treatments in Oana's catalog
Two GLP-1-specific exceptions:
- GLP-1 injectables (Ozempic®, compounded semaglutide injectable) currently cannot ship to: AL, AR, CA, LA, MA, MS, SC, NJ
- Buccal Semaglutide currently cannot ship to: AL, AR, LA, MS, SC
These restrictions reflect state-by-state regulations on the specific medications themselves. They're not related to clinician licensure — Oana's clinical team is collectively licensed across all 50 states.
If you live in a state where GLP-1 medications can't ship, you still have weight management options through Oana — Metformin ER and Bupropion both ship nationwide and address PCOS-related weight through different mechanisms.
